Method 1 (Standard Application)
Prep the natural nail.
Apply your chosen base gel for your extension system and cure.
Attach the lower form.
Apply a thin layer of peelable base coat to the lower form. Position it securely under the free edge of the natural nail. Cure for 30 to 60 seconds to ensure full adhesion.
Fill the upper form.
Fill the upper form with your extension gel. Place it at a 45° angle near the cuticle, then lower gently to control gel flow and help prevent flooding onto the cuticles or surrounding skin.
Bring forms together and cure.
Apply slow, controlled pressure to lower the upper form into position. Press gently against the stabilising plates of the lower form. Allow the forms to meet without over-compressing the product. Fully cure according to your manufacturer’s recommended time.
Remove forms and refine.
After full cure, gently remove the upper and lower forms. Complete minimal refinement to perfect the shape. Apply top coat and cure according to manufacturer guidelines.

Method 2 (Application of Upper Form with Flash Cure)
Fill and place the upper form.
Fill the upper form with your extension gel. Place it at a 45° angle near the cuticle, then lower gently to control gel flow and help prevent flooding.
Position and flash cure.
Apply slow, controlled pressure to position the upper form on the nail. Flash cure the nail plate area only for 10 to 15 seconds to secure the upper form in place.
Attach the lower form beneath the free edge.
Secure the lower form beneath the free edge of the natural nail. If needed, turn the finger upside down for better access, ensuring the upper form remains fully supported during repositioning.
Align and cure.
Align the lower form with the upper form and press gently onto the stabilising plates. Ensure even pressure to maintain structure and prevent thinning. Fully cure according to your manufacturer’s recommended time.
Remove forms and refine.
After full cure, gently remove the upper and lower forms. Complete minimal refinement to perfect the shape. Apply top coat and cure according to manufacturer guidelines.

Additional Application Guidelines
Lower form sizing
Ensure the lower form fits from side wall to side wall beneath the free edge. Do not select a form that is too large, as this can create a wider, flatter nail with reduced structural strength.
Upper form sizing
Unlike the lower form, the upper form must be large enough. It should not sit tightly against the natural nail plate and must allow adequate space for product. An upper form that is too small can cause thinning at stress points, increasing the risk of chipping or breakage.
Free edge requirement
Do not attempt to attach a lower form to a nail with little or no free edge. This can cause product to seep onto the skin, increasing potential health risks. Instead, use the alternative attachment method below.

Alternative Method (Lower Form, No Free Edge)
Fill the underside of the lower form with extension gel.
Place it approximately one third up the natural nail.
Apply gentle downward pressure to ensure full contact.
Gently pull the surrounding skin away during placement to avoid product contact.
