Learn how to work with different skin types and choose the correct preparation method for each, including which e-file bits and coarseness are best suited. Understand the correct angles for every tool and bit at each stage, keeping the nail plate and skin safe. Learn how to safely remove excess keratin and exfoliate dry skin for a clean, professional result. Correctly applying these techniques will elevate your prep, improve the quality of your application, and extend the longevity of enhancements. Students must complete the class by working on their own hand or providing a live model.
Cancellation Policy
Please Read Before Booking Phenomenail™ Live Masterclasses (in-person or online) are fully interactive, hands-on, and tailored to your learning goals. You’ll receive expert guidance in a calm, inclusive space — with real-time feedback, troubleshooting, and support. Format: Delivered live only — no replays or recordings. Location: In-person (Neath, South Wales) or online via Zoom/Teams. Kit: Online students must provide their own kit (list emailed). In-person students will use salon stock but must bring brushes. Selected kit items are available at a student discount via our webshop. Eligibility: You must be 18+ and disclose any allergies or contraindications in advance (required for safety). Non-disclosure may result in cancellation with no refund. WhatsApp Support: Optional post-class educational support via text (1–2 working day reply). No admin or business queries handled here. Cancellations: - Cancel or reschedule up to 7 days in advance for a full refund or new date. After that, the full fee is non-refundable - Transfers may be allowed with written consent (admin fee may apply) - No-shows are treated as cancellations - Bundles: 2, 3, and 4-class bundles are available at discounted rates.
