These Terms apply to your use of our website and webshop; enrolment and participation in courses (in-person, online, and on-demand); student resources; and purchases of Phenomenail™ products.
3. Eligibility
Our services are for individuals aged 18 or over. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Payment and ordering
We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal (including Pay in 3)

BACS or cash by prior arrangement
Card data is processed by the providers; we don’t see full PANs.
5. Refunds and returns
Due to hygiene and digital content reasons, returns are limited. Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy before purchase.
6. Course access and recordings
On-demand content is pre-recorded and provided for enrolled users only. We do not record live sessions. Access duration will be made clear at point of sale.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of Phenomenail™. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without permission.
8. Misuse
We may suspend or remove access for abuse, sharing accounts, plagiarism, or breach of these terms.
9. Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. We comply with UK GDPR.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
