Returns Policy
This policy explains how returns and exchanges work for physical products, and outlines what is excluded from return or exchange.
1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns on physical products only, within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unused
In its original packaging
In resaleable condition
2. Requesting a Return
To request a return, contact the support team (see the Privacy Policy for how to get in touch) and include:
Your order number
Reason for return
A clear photo of the item (unopened, if applicable)
We will confirm whether your item is eligible and issue a returns slip. Please do not return anything without written confirmation.
3. Packaging & Shipping
Returned items must be securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost in the post.
Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Live education (classes, workshops, in-person training)
On-demand education (courses, tutorials)
Digital content (downloads, streams)
These are considered final sale under UK consumer law exceptions.
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or an exchange, unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt for processing.
