Scope — what this covers

All content on our website, webshop, live/on-demand education, and marketing channels, including:

Images & graphics (product, marketing, educational, watermarked or not)
Videos (promotional, social, lessons, replays, screen captures)
Text (educational materials, marketing copy, blog posts, captions)
Downloads (PDFs, handouts, slide decks, templates, worksheets)
Brand assets (name, logos, trade dress, page layouts, watermarks)

Permitted use (personal view only)

You may view our content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may download only where we clearly provide a download button/file.
Any other use requires prior written permission.

Public sharing (links & native shares)

You may share or forward any Phenomenail™ content that is publicly available on our website or official social media, provided you either:
(a) use a direct URL that links back to the original page/post, or
(b) use the platform’s built-in share/embed tools.
This permission does not allow downloading, re-uploading, editing, cropping, removing watermarks, or commercial use. It also does not apply to any paid, members-only, or paywalled content.
If we later restrict or remove a post, please delete your shares/embeds of that item on request.

Strictly prohibited (summary)

Copying & capture: Copy, download, save, scrape, or export content; record, screen-record, screen-grab, or rip streams, lessons, or site content; use downloaders, plugins, bots, or tools to capture content.
Reproduction & distribution: Reproduce, distribute, publish, perform, display, mirror, re-upload, repost, deep-link, frame, or otherwise redistribute content.
Derivatives & edits: Create derivative works, adaptations, remixes, or translations; remove, obscure, or alter watermarks, copyright, or trade mark notices.
Courses & access: Share, sell, or distribute course materials, downloads, or logins; share, sell, or transfer course files, templates, handouts, or login access; record, copy, redistribute, or live-stream paid content or sessions.
AI & datasets: Train, fine-tune, or feed any Phenomenail™ content into AI models or datasets.
Brand confusion / passing off: Use our name, logo, trade dress, or any confusingly similar branding to suggest endorsement, approval, partnership, certification, or affiliation; use our brand in usernames, domains, ads, keywords, or metadata where it could cause confusion; use look-alike logos or misspellings.
For clarity: these restrictions do not prevent you from sharing direct links to publicly available posts/pages or using platform-native share/embed features that point back to the original source.

Marketing assets — images & videos

No commercial use (including social posts, ads, marketplaces) without written permission.
Do not crop out or conceal watermarks or branding.
Media hosts/platforms may receive takedown requests where misuse is identified.

Course materials licence

Licensed only to the purchaser/student for personal study.
No sharing, resale, transfer, upload, public display, or recording of lessons, files, or sessions.
We may watermark or seed files to trace misuse and enforce our rights.

Trade marks & goodwill

Phenomenail™ has been used by Lauren Mitchell since 2022 in the UK and internationally. Goodwill in the Phenomenail™ brand belongs to Lauren Mitchell.

Do not use our brand to imply endorsement or affiliation. Fair, factual reference (e.g., “trained by Phenomenail™”) is allowed only if true and without implying endorsement.

Enforcement & takedowns

We act on copyright infringement, passing off, and misuse. Actions may include:

Content removal, access cancellation, and account termination
Takedown notices to hosts, platforms, payment providers, and search engines
Civil remedies and costs recovery where appropriate

Report suspected infringement with links and screenshots so we can investigate.

Need to reference, feature, or license our content/brand? Tell us what you want to use, where, and for how long. Do not proceed until you receive written permission.
