Booking Policy
This Booking Policy applies to all Live Masterclasses (In-Person and Online) offered by Phenomenail™, delivered by Lauren Mitchell (trading as Phenomenail™), through phenomenail.co.uk and related domains: phenomenail.uk / phenomenail.us / phenomenail.world.
By booking a Live Masterclass, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Masterclass Format & Delivery
Live In-Person: Held at the Phenomenail™ Fusion Learning Centre in Neath, South Wales (exact location provided upon booking confirmation).
Live Online: Delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. A link will be emailed 48 hours before the class.
All classes are delivered live only – no recordings are provided.
Sessions are fully interactive, including Q&A, feedback, guidance, and troubleshooting.
Post-class educational support is available via optional WhatsApp text (see Section 8).
Maximum of 3 students per class. Spaces may be closed earlier at the educator’s discretion.
Pricing may vary depending on whether a class is Accredited or Non-Accredited.
(At present, only Non-Accredited classes are available. Accredited are under development and will be marked as they are updated on the website.)
2. Booking Process & Payment
Bookings are made via: phenomenail.co.uk/live-masterclasses
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal (including Pay in 3), Klarna, Clearpay, and BACS (by arrangement).
A booking confirmation is sent automatically by email, including the service, date, and time.
A separate Kit List is sent manually. Online students are responsible for providing all items listed. In-person students are provided with all key products and tools, except brushes (which must be brought).
An exclusive Student Discount will be offered to purchase any items on the Kit List that are available on the Phenomenail™ website store (available online or onsite for in-person masterclasses). Students are not obligated to purchase from the Phenomenail™ store, however it it the students responsibility to ensure all products are of a professional standard and appropriate for the session.
If a student fails to have a complete kit for an online session, the session is cancelled with no refund.
All students must complete the booking form in full, disclosing any contraindications. Failure to do so may result in session cancellation without refund.
3. Bundles & Custom Packages
Phenomenail™ offers multi-class bundles designed to give students maximum flexibility and savings while tailoring their learning journey.
Choose from 2, 3, or 4-class bundles
Before purchasing, students must complete the Masterclass Bundle Form to specify their chosen classes and learning goals.
Precision Gel Polish and Russian/Combined Manicure are excluded from bundles (they are offered combined insided most classes as a complimentary bonus).
Bundles can be further customised based on current experience, technique focus, or skill goals. To ensure full and complete tailoring, it is required to give as much detail as possible in the Bundle Form about experience level and goals
The more you bundle, the more you save – with discounts of up to £100.
Bundles must be used within the following timeframes:
2-class bundle: 12 weeks
3-class bundle: 18 weeks
4-class bundle: 24 weeksBundles are non-refundable once any session is confirmed or delivered.
The 7-day cancellation period applies only before any part of the bundle is scheduled or used.
If a refund is ever issued (at Phenomenail™’s discretion), completed classes will be deducted at full individual value, and only the remaining balance may be returned.
4. Cancellations & Refunds (By You)
You may cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before the class for a full refund or transfer.
After this period (i.e. within 7 days), 100% of the lesson cost is payable.
No-shows are treated as forfeited sessions — no refunds or credits will be issued.
Transfers to another person or date after the 7-day window may be allowed with written consent and will incur a £50 admin fee. This may be waived at Phenomenail™’s discretion.
5. Reschedules & Cancellations (By Us)
If Phenomenail™ needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be contacted via email at the earliest opportunity.
A new date will be agreed between both parties.
There is no minimum attendance required — classes will run with as few as one student.
6. Eligibility, Conduct & Requirements
All attendees must be 18 years or older.
Contraindications must be disclosed before booking. Unreported issues may result in cancellation without refund.
Any contra-actions or injuries that occur during the lesson will result in the session ending immediately for your safety.
Phenomenail™ accepts no liability for accidents, allergic reactions, or contraindication-related outcomes.
Sessions are inclusive, supportive and down-to-earth — respectful behaviour and a willingness to learn are expected.
Recording is strictly prohibited during all sessions (in-person and online).
7. Post-Class WhatsApp Support
Optional, text-only educational support via WhatsApp is offered after your class.
Replies may take 1–2 working days.
Support is limited to educational follow-up — no business queries or voice/video messages.
Availability may be paused during holidays or peak periods.
8. Legal Waivers & Disclaimers
Phenomenail™ is not responsible for technical issues affecting online attendance (e.g. poor internet or device failure).
Only classes marked as Accredited provide certification. It is your responsibility to check your booking.
You are taught professional techniques, but your results depend on continued practice and personal commitment.
9. Agreement to Terms
By booking and paying for a Live Masterclass, you confirm that you:
Have read and agreed to this Booking Policy in full
Meet all safety, age, and eligibility requirements
Accept the refund and cancellation rules
Take full responsibility for selecting the correct class or bundle
