Free UK Shipping — Carrier: Royal Mail / Evri — Free — 2–4 working days
Delivery windows exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Dispatch times
Orders dispatch in 1–2 working days.
No dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Peak periods may extend delivery times.
Tracking
All parcels include courier tracking.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
Shipping restrictions
Delivery to UK addresses only.
P.O. Boxes and BFPO may be unavailable depending on carrier limitations.
Hazardous/regulated items (if applicable) ship per carrier rules or may be unavailable.
Delays & service updates
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, severe weather, seasonal demand). If we are notified of a delay, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Lost or damaged parcels
Once handed to the courier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Phenomenail™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will assist you with investigations and resolutions wherever possible.
